This site is dedicated to my father Edmund George Snell. (Joaty)
This page reflects my lineage and linkage to the Bounty and Pitcairn/Norfolk Islands.
It is of interest to me from the information researched to see that my family generated from England in 1576, then Little Compton USA 1676,(The mutiny took place on 28 April 1789), Pitcairn Island 1841, Norfolk Island 1875.
My father Edmund George Snell left Norfolk Island to join the New Zealand Army to fight in the 2nd World War.
He married my mother Margaret Louise Milton 21st December 1946 in New Zealand and was discharged from the army 11th January 1946.
